Future Perspective

Commercial judgement shaped from the inside.

Anna Szabo founded Future Perspective Consulting to help professional services leaders see what their clients see - and act on it with commercial discipline.

Portrait of Anna Szabo

Anna has spent more than 30 years helping professional services firms strengthen client relationships and drive sustainable commercial growth, in executive leadership roles across top tier law firms and the Big 4.

She has worked with Boards, CEOs, Managing Partners and Executive Leadership Teams to shape client strategy, lead client programs and translate client insight into commercial outcomes.

Her methodology combines independent client interviews, commercial analysis and practical implementation, built on a simple view: firms that outperform act on what they hear.

Anna founded Future Perspective Consulting on this philosophy, helping firms turn the voice of the client into stronger relationships, stronger reputations and sustainable, profitable growth.

Independent interviews

Client listening that surfaces candid feedback leaders rarely hear directly.

Commercial analysis

Insight translated into market position, growth and competitive advantage.

Practical implementation

Follow-through so the voice of the client becomes action, not a report.

A career shaped inside the organisations she now advises - across top-tier law firms and the Big 4.
